The Culinary Arts and Hospitality class is for students who want to learn the fundamental culinary and customer service skills needed to work in San Diego’s hospitality and tourism industry. This Earn and Learn program provides a PAID culinary position WHILE you take the class!
- Full-time employment benefits (Aug 23 – Dec 15, Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm)
- Daily shuttle from Foothills Adult Center to Viejas Casino and back
- Support with textbook, course and employment fees
- Master classes with executive chefs
- Opportunities for promotion upon completion of the course
